Google Search Console Setup

We connect Google Search Console to your website, check which pages Google can see and explain the reports in plain words. The account is registered in your name, and we fix indexing errors as part of the setup.

Setting Up and Integrating Google Services for Your Website

Why people come to us

Your site is not visible in Google

Pages never made it into search and the reason is unknown.

An email arrived from Search Console

Google reported an error but did not explain what to do about it.

Access is lost

A former contractor set the service up and nobody can log in now.

A new site or a new structure

You need Google to find the new pages quickly.

You do not know what people search for

You want to see it in Google's data, not guess.

A contractor promises “top rankings”

You need an independent source to check whether impressions really grew.

What Search Console shows

Your website's own dashboard in Google. The data comes from the search engine itself, so you can trust it.

Impressions and clicks. How many times the site appeared in search and how many people clicked through.
Queries and positions. Which words bring people to you. Google hides rare queries.
Pages in search. Which pages are in Google, which are not, and why.
Site errors. Unreachable pages, duplicates, sections blocked by accident.
Page speed. A loading report, if the site gets enough visits.
Warnings. Penalties for violations and detected hacks.
Links. Who links to your site and how its pages link to each other.
AI answers. A report on impressions in AI Overviews and AI Mode, added in June 2026. It is rolling out gradually, not to every site at once.

What we do

Verify ownership

We connect the whole domain with all language versions. You are the owner, the studio works as a user.

Submit the sitemap

We check that it contains the right pages and no technical ones.

Review indexing

We find out which pages did not make it into search and fix duplicates, errors and blocked sections.

Check key pages

We see whether Google views them the way a visitor does and ask it to refresh the data.

Link to analytics

We connect Google Analytics 4 and route Google's warnings to your email.

Hand over a report

What is fine, what we fixed and what to look at once a month.

What you get

A service registered in your name. You can switch off the studio's access at any time

A report on how the site stands in search

A fix list sorted by importance, for your developer or for us

A monthly guide: where to look and what counts as a warning sign

What you need to start

Your website address
A Google account: Gmail or a business email on Google is fine
Access to your domain or site settings to verify ownership. We will tell you which way is simpler

We do not need your Google password: we get access through an invitation inside Search Console itself. We work remotely with companies in Poland and the EU, and in Białystok and the Podlaskie region we can also meet in person.

The honest limits

Search Console shows data; it does not raise your site in search on its own. Growth comes from work on the site, which you can order separately as search optimisation.
Google decides which pages to show and when. A sitemap does not guarantee inclusion in search.
The service shows data about Google search only.
A new site has little data at first, so it is too early to draw conclusions.
Changes to the site itself, such as copy, speed or structure, are separate work at our price list rates.

Frequently asked questions

Do you need access to my website's admin panel?

Domain verification is usually enough to connect the service. We would need site access if you want us to fix the errors we find.
How is Search Console different from Google Analytics?

Search Console shows how the site appears in search before the click: impressions, queries, positions and errors. Google Analytics shows what visitors do on the site after they arrive. You need both: together they show the path from query to enquiry.
My site has been running for years. Does it make sense to connect it now?

Yes. Search Console keeps data for the last 16 months, and indexing errors build up unnoticed. The sooner you connect it, the sooner you will see them.
How quickly will my site appear in Google?

From a few days to a few weeks, depending on the site. Search Console helps shorten that and shows the reason if a page did not make it into search. Nobody can promise exact dates: Google makes the decision.
Will it work if my site runs on WordPress, Shopify, Wix or Joomla?

Yes, the platform does not matter. Ownership can be verified through domain settings even if the platform does not let you edit site files.
How much does it cost?

Setting up Search Console costs from €30. We give the exact price before work starts, after a short conversation about your site. Prices for other Google services are in the price list.

Tell us about your website

We will suggest where to start and give you a price before work begins. You can find our other Google services on the “Google” page, and preparation for AI answers in the GEO section.
