Website SEO promotion in Poland

Most websites never get steady traffic from search: Google states plainly that even a technically sound page is not guaranteed to be indexed. Building a site is not enough — it has to be made visible. SEO promotion brings a business out of the digital shadow and delivers customers at the moment they are already looking for your services. We do search engine optimization and website promotion for companies in Poland and the European Union — from the technical audit to positions that hold in Google.

On-page optimization for search engines

At IT Deweloper clients usually come to us with one request — get the site higher in search. Before we talk about links and content, we check the foundation: on-page optimization. It decides how precisely a search engine understands the structure, and how easily a person finds what they need and buys. For SEO promotion to work, a website has to meet several requirements:
SEO content for a website

Useful content

Only sites people genuinely find useful reach the top. Search engines can tell how interesting a site is to a visitor — from their behaviour on the page, time on site, scrolling and the click map.

Structured data implementation on a website

Built for crawlers

Search engines have to understand your business. We add JSON‑LD and Schema.org structured data to the site's back end so that Google, Bing and AI-powered search engines read the content correctly.

Mobile version of a website

Mobile version

Most people search from a phone. A classic web development mistake is designing for the desktop screens the site is built on. Treating the mobile layout as secondary costs you conversions and revenue.

Removing duplicate pages on a website

No duplicate content

We remove internal competition on the site. This mistake is expensive: when one product is covered by several pages, they start competing with each other in search. The result is that all of them drop.
Website navigation

Easy navigation

The customer finds what they need straight away. To improve the user experience we plan the site structure in depth in advance, add filters and internal search, and split pages into categories.
Meta tag optimization on a website

Meta tag optimization

We write titles and descriptions carefully. To raise the site's visibility in search we align all metadata with the target keywords and search engine requirements. That attracts attention and improves click-through.
Website loading speed

Loading speed

Customers leave slow websites. If a site carries a lot of redundant code, unoptimized images or malware, it loads very slowly. Visitors do not wait — they go to faster competitors, and the site ranks lower.
Managing website indexing

Indexing control

Setting up the site's system files. Robots.txt: block service areas from indexing (admin panel, cart, customer account, duplicates). Sitemap.xml: a sitemap for fast crawling. It should contain only the pages that matter and update automatically.
Image optimization

Images

Traffic from images and better relevance. We fill in the alt attribute with a description of the picture (including the keyword). That helps you rank in Google Images. We use WebP or AVIF. Compress images without losing quality.

    Off-page SEO

Search positions depend not only on the site itself but on what the internet says about it. Off-page SEO strengthens the domain's authority and brings in targeted traffic — by Google's rules, with no risky schemes.

We publish expert material in industry media and news outlets, raising brand awareness and the trust of search engines.
More positive reviews about the company

    Reputation marketing

We build a positive image of the company through reviews, expert platforms and professional communities, strengthening customer trust.

    Types of website promotion

The IT Deweloper web studio promotes websites in three directions. Each one works as a separate project or as part of a shared strategy that increases the site's visibility online and the number of sales: paid advertising, SEO promotion and optimization for AI answers.
    Google Ads

    Ads

    paid advertising
    • Traffic starts on day one, but only while you pay for every click
    • A constant cost per visitor — the budget runs out fast
    • People see an ad — trust and conversion are lower than in organic search
    • Requires constant management, testing and campaign optimization
    • It is visibly an ad — people treat the offer with suspicion
    • Results disappear the moment you stop paying for the campaign
SEO — website promotion in organic search

    SEO

    organic search
    • Traffic keeps growing for months and years after the work — no paying per customer
    • One payment for the optimization, then the revenue comes without extra costs
    • People found you in search — trust is higher and conversion better than with ads
    • Works in the background without your involvement — the site ranks on its own
    • Google shows you as an honest result, not as an advertisement
    • The longer it runs, the stronger the positions and the bigger the traffic
    Search inside artificial intelligence

    AI

    artificial intelligence
    • AI traffic is growing exponentially: over 30% of queries in your niche already go through AI answers. Do not miss this channel.
    • A brand mention in an LLM answer = free visits: no cost per click and no banner blindness.
    • An AI recommendation reads like expert advice — trust is higher than with ads, which lifts conversion.
    • Starting LLM optimization early compounds: steady citations and a growing share of AI traffic.

Local website promotion on Google Maps

Most searches today happen on a smartphone, which pins the location through GPS instantly. Google sees the coordinates and first of all offers the user the places nearby — and that is exactly the traffic we bring. We will set up and optimize your Google Business Profile and lift the business in local results and on Google Maps, so that your business shows up for every relevant «near me» query: with services, prices, offers and a menu. We work with small businesses in Poland and Europe — we will help you get closer to the customer who is already ready to walk in or call.

    SEO for multilingual websites

Businesses often want to sell in several countries or serve customers in different languages. But simply copying the text and translating it is wrong and lethal for SEO. Done badly, Google gets confused and stops showing the site in search. Done properly, every language becomes a separate sales channel. We run multilingual sites so that each market gets the maximum traffic from its own search engine.

    • Correct URL structureevery language in its own «home», Google does not mix the versions up
    • Separate keywords for each languagewe do not just translate — we look for the real queries customers use in each market
    • Correct metadatatitles and descriptions in each language attract exactly the local customer
    • Separate analyticswe see where the traffic comes from and which language performs best
    • Content localisationthe text is written the way a local would write it, with no «translated» feel
    • Settings for each regionif you sell to Germany and France, they see different sites with different prices and delivery
    • Help with new marketswe know how search works in different countries and how the algorithms differ
    • Regional business directorieswe hold databases of the major industry portals in each country.

How we run SEO promotion for a website

Six steps: from the brief to steady growth. A consistent way of turning your site into a strong asset that search engines push to the top. No magic — only analytics, strategy and clean technology.

    1. SEO audit

We check the site's visibility, indexing errors, URL structure, loading speed and duplicate content. We analyse Schema.org and robots.txt — the starting point before any work.

    2. Keyword research

We build a precise list of queries for your niche and location. We pick phrases with real conversion potential — not traffic for its own sake, but queries from customers ready to buy.

    3. Technical optimization

We fix crawling errors, set up structured data and optimize speed and the mobile version. The site meets Google's technical requirements on every device.

    4. Content optimization

We work through titles, meta descriptions, headings and page copy for the target keywords. Content is written for people and optimized for search engines — with no artificial keyword stuffing.

    6. Monitoring and reporting

Every month we deliver a report on positions, organic traffic and conversions. We analyse the results, adjust the strategy and react quickly to Google algorithm changes.

    How we do SEO

SEO without the myths: search promotion built on requirements, not guesswork

We do not guess — we rely on primary sources from inside the search engines themselves. Every decision on your project is based on what actually works in the results right now. The outcome is visibility for your business without the risk of an algorithmic penalty.

    Frequently asked questions about SEO

How long before we see the first results?
The first shifts are visible after 3–4 weeks: Google notices the improvements and starts re-indexing the pages. Serious traffic, though, arrives after 2–4 months. That is normal — search engines need time to understand what has happened to your site and that it really deserves higher positions. Rushing SEO is the way to fail. We do not promise miracles; we deliver results that hold for years.
Can you guarantee that we will be first in search?
No, and anyone promising a guarantee is lying. Google itself does not guarantee which site will be first — it depends on dozens of factors. What we guarantee is doing everything properly: optimizing to Google's real requirements, never breaking its rules, and improving positions continuously. If a competitor is stronger, we will tell you honestly. First place is the result of good work, but it is not always reachable straight away.
What happens if Google changes its algorithm? Will I lose traffic?
Algorithms change constantly. But if we have worked white-hat, by Google's rules, the big traffic swings will not touch you. We do not build dependence on loopholes and tricks — we build the site's authority honestly. If serious changes come to the industry, we will warn you and adapt quickly. That is why monitoring is monthly work, not a one-off.
Do we have to rebuild the whole site to start SEO?
No. That is a myth spread by expensive agencies to inflate the budget. Rebuilding a site is a serious decision that only your developer can make. We work with what exists: we improve structure, metadata, speed and content. If the site is genuinely old and has fundamental problems, we will say so honestly. But in 80% of cases we start optimizing the current site with no rebuild.
How will I see the results? What reports do you provide?
A monthly report with keyword positions, organic traffic volume, conversions and ROI. Everything is visible in Google Analytics and Search Console — transparent, with no hidden figures. You can always check for yourself whether we are telling the truth. Beyond the numbers we analyse what changed in the algorithm, how to react and what new opportunities appeared. The report is not just figures, it is an action plan for the next month.
How much does website promotion cost and what drives the SEO price?
The price depends on the size of the site, how competitive the niche is and what you want to achieve. The cost of SEO promotion starts at €300 — that is an audit and the initial optimization of a small site. An online shop or a project in a saturated industry costs more, and ongoing promotion is billed monthly, by the scope of work. We do not take token sums for appearances: it is better to say honestly that the budget will not produce a result than to take money for empty work.
If I do SEO, do I still need paid advertising (Google Ads)?
They are two different tools. SEO is a long-term investment, Ads is a fast result right now. Ideally you use both while SEO grows: advertising brings customers in the first months while SEO gains strength. If the budget is limited, choose by your goal. Need a result immediately? Ads. Want stable traffic for years? SEO. The combination is best, but we will not push advertising on you if organic search is enough.
How long does an SEO project usually last? When can we «switch off» the service?
SEO is not a project with an end, it is continuous work. The site lives on, competitors develop, algorithms change. It can be split into stages: the first month is intensive optimization, then 3–6 months of active growth, then support and monitoring. Many clients work with us for years because they see the results. If you have reached your goals and want a pause, that is fine — the site will not fall on day one. But without support the positions grow more slowly.
Which keywords will SEO deliver results on faster?
Long, specific queries — there is less competition there and Google notices you sooner. For example, «business consulting for small companies in Warsaw» will deliver earlier than plain «consulting». Short, popular queries are the long game, occupied by large companies. We hit the easy targets first (high reward for low effort) and then move on to the hard ones. That is the strategy, and it works.
If I stop working with you, will the site fall in search?
No. Your positions will not vanish on day one. But without continuous optimization competitors will overtake you. It is like training: keep at it and you stay in shape. Stop, and you slide down slowly. A site we have optimized stays well set up, and traffic will hold for several months. After that competitors start pushing you out. That is why we recommend at least minimal support — it is cheaper than recovering lost positions later.
Do you handle website promotion in Poland?
Yes, it is our main market. The studio works out of Białystok and runs SEO in Poland and across the European Union, with sites in Polish, Russian and English. We know the google.pl results, the local business directories and how Poles actually phrase their queries — a literal translation of foreign keywords does not work here, keywords are researched again for each language. We also set up Google Business Profile separately so the business is found on «near me» queries.
