reCAPTCHA Form Protection

We connect reCAPTCHA to your forms, check where your site's keys are now managed, test submissions and reflect the service in your privacy policy.

Setting Up and Integrating Google Services for Your Website

Why people come to us

Forms are flooded with spam

Dozens of meaningless messages in your inbox and enquiries.

The captcha stopped working

After an update or a key change the form does not submit or lets spam through.

The keys cannot be found

Google moved old reCAPTCHA keys into Google Cloud projects, and it is unclear where to manage them.

What the work includes

Form protection. Contact form, callback request, registration, comments
The right type of check. We choose a check with or without a tick box for each form
Keys in Google Cloud. We check where your site's keys are now managed
Testing in practice. We send test submissions: forms work, spam does not get through
Policy and consent. We reflect reCAPTCHA in the privacy policy and the consent banner
Messages for visitors. If the check fails, the visitor sees a clear message

We work remotely with companies in Poland and the EU, and in Białystok and the Podlaskie region we can also meet in person.

The honest limits

reCAPTCHA reduces spam but does not cut it off entirely.
A check can add an extra step for visitors: we choose the type so it gets in the way as little as possible.
reCAPTCHA collects data about the visitor: in the EU this must be reflected in the privacy policy and consent. We add it to the policy and the banner ourselves.
Changes to the site itself, such as copy, speed or structure, are separate work at our price list rates.

Frequently asked questions

Which reCAPTCHA version should I choose?

It depends on the form. A contact form often suits a check with no tick box, registration a stricter one. We choose for each form.
Why did my old captcha stop working?

Most often it is the keys: Google moved their management into Google Cloud projects, or the key is tied to the wrong domain. We check and fix it.
Does reCAPTCHA affect speed?

It loads a Google script. We connect it only on pages with forms.
How much does it cost?

From €30. We give the exact price before work starts, after a short conversation about your site. Prices for other Google services are in the price list.
Will it work if you did not build my site?

Yes. We work with sites on any platform, including ones built by others. We start by checking what is already connected.

Tell us where the spam comes from

We will suggest where to start and give you a price before work begins. You can find our other Google services on the “Google” page.
