Privacy Policy

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive, any website serving users in the European Union must ensure transparent handling of personal data and obtain explicit consent for the use of cookies and similar technologies. We have implemented a comprehensive solution on our website that includes:

  • Consent Manager — a tool for collecting, storing, and managing visitor consents.

  • Privacy Policy — a document describing what data we collect, why, and how it is processed.

  • Consent Settings — a user interface that allows each visitor to select which cookie categories they allow.

GDPR Consent Manager

When a user first visits the website, they see a banner with brief information about cookie usage and buttons such as “Accept all,” “Reject,” and “Customize.” Our consent manager:

  • Blocks all non-essential cookies from loading until explicit consent is obtained.

  • Classifies cookies into categories (e.g., strictly necessary, analytical, marketing, functional).

  • Records the user's choice (consent or refusal) with a timestamp and version of the policy.

  • Allows the user to change or withdraw their consent at any time via a dedicated button/link on the site.

All consent data is stored in an encrypted form and is not shared with third parties, except as required by law.

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is drafted in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR and includes the following mandatory sections:

  1. Data Controller — who is responsible for processing (company name, contact details).

  2. What data we collect — a list of personal data (IP address, cookie identifiers, form data, etc.).

  3. Purposes and legal bases for processing — e.g., contract performance, legitimate interest, consent.

  4. Data retention period — how long cookies and consent records are stored.

  5. User rights — right to access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.

  6. Data sharing with third parties — list of services (Google Analytics, advertising platforms, etc.) if used.

  7. Contact for requests — email or form for data protection inquiries.

Consent Settings

We provide users with granular control over cookie categories. The Consent Settings interface allows them to:

  • View a list of all cookies used, with descriptions of purpose and duration.

  • Enable or disable each category individually (e.g., allow analytics but disable marketing cookies).

  • Save the selected preferences or withdraw previously given consent.

The technical implementation is based on open standards and is compatible with the IAB TCF (Transparency & Consent Framework), ensuring correct interaction with advertising networks and analytics platforms.
