Setting Up and Integrating Google Services for Your Website

Google gives businesses a set of tools: analytics, Search Console, Business Profile, Merchant Center and Google Ads. They pay off only when they are connected: every enquiry is counted, ads learn from real sales, and your company and products are visible in search and on maps. We set up and connect Google services on websites built on any platform, with visitor consent handled in line with EU requirements. We work with companies in Poland and across the European Union.

Why Google services don’t work on their own

Most often the problem is not missing services, but services that are installed yet not connected to each other. Here are the four situations clients most often bring to us.

The numbers don’t match the enquiries

The tracking code is installed twice or missing from some pages. Reports say one thing, your inbox another, and decisions are made on the wrong data.

Cookie consent is set up incorrectly

If the website does not pass the visitor’s choice to Google, Google Ads sees only part of the conversions from the EU, and remarketing does not work fully.

Products disapproved in Merchant Center

An error in the product feed or shipping settings, and the store doesn’t appear in Google Shopping even though the products are on the website.

Business Profile doesn’t match the website

A different phone number, an old address, different opening hours. Customers get confused, and Google trusts your business data less.

Analytics and enquiry tracking

Analytics shows which channels bring customers and which only consume budget. We set it up so the numbers match real enquiries and data collection meets EU requirements for visitor consent.

Google Analytics 4

Shows where visitors come from and what they do on the website.
  • Key events: enquiry, call, messenger click, purchase
  • E-commerce tracking for online stores
  • Excluding your own traffic from statistics
  • Connection with Search Console and Google Ads

How we work

Five steps from audit to handover. All accounts are registered in your name: the studio gets user access, and you can revoke it at any time.

01

Audit

We check what is already connected, where the duplicates are and who owns the accounts.
02

Plan

Together we decide what counts as an enquiry and a sale, and record it in an event map.
03

Implementation

We set up the services and tracking through Tag Manager, without editing website templates.
04

Validation

We send test enquiries and check every event in preview mode.
05

Handover

We hand over access, the event map and a short guide: where to see enquiries and what the numbers mean.

What you get

Working, interconnected Google accounts registered in your name
An event map and Tag Manager container documentation
A test report: which enquiries, calls and purchases are recorded
A Data Studio report, if it is part of the order

Frequently asked questions about Google services setup

Who will own the Google accounts?
You do. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Merchant Center, Google Ads and Business Profile accounts are registered to your company or transferred to it. The studio gets user access, and you can revoke it at any time without our involvement.
How is Google Analytics different from Search Console?
Search Console shows how the website appears in search before the click: impressions, queries, positions and indexing errors. Google Analytics shows what visitors do after they arrive: which pages they view and whether they send an enquiry. You need both: together they show the customer’s path from search to contact.
Why use Tag Manager if the code can be added directly to the website?
Code in the website template has to be changed every time you need to track a new button or connect a new service, and it’s easy to lose during a redesign. Tag Manager keeps all codes in one place: tracking is added and tested without changing the website, and duplicate tracking codes are visible straight away.
Can you connect services to a website built by another developer?
Yes. We work with websites on WordPress, Joomla, OpenCart, Bitrix and other platforms. We start with an audit: what is already installed, what is duplicated and which accounts you have access to. If access to an old account has been lost, we help recover it or create a new one for your company.
Can I see whether my website appears in Google’s AI answers?
Partly. In June 2026 Google added a report on impressions in AI Overviews and AI Mode to Search Console, but it is rolling it out gradually, not to all websites at once. We explain how to prepare a website for AI answers on our page about GEO optimisation.
Merchant Center is disapproving products. What should I do?
The reason is almost always given in the account issues section: missing shipping information, the price in the feed doesn’t match the website, required fields are missing or the image doesn’t meet the requirements. We go through each reason, fix the data in the store or feed and resubmit the products for review.
How much does setup cost and how long does it take?
Current prices are in the price list above on this page. The timeline depends on the number of services and how quickly we receive access to the accounts and the website. We give the exact timeline and price after the audit, before work begins.
Which countries do you work in?
Setting up Google services doesn’t require in-person meetings, so we work with companies in Poland, across the European Union and beyond. We communicate in Polish, English and Russian, by email and in online meetings.
Frequently asked questions

Shall we discuss which Google services your website needs?

We’ll check what is already connected, tell you what works and what is worth fixing, and give you the timeline and price before work begins. The consultation is free and comes with no obligation.
