Website Speed and Core Web Vitals

We measure speed on mobile, find the causes of delays, fix images, scripts, caching and fonts, and show you the before and after measurements.

Setting Up and Integrating Google Services for Your Website

Why people come to us

The site opens slowly on a phone

Visitors leave before the page appears, and the ad that brought them is already paid for.

PageSpeed shows red numbers

LCP, INP, CLS: it is unclear what they mean and where to start.

Core Web Vitals in Search Console are not in order

Google shows that some pages load slowly or “jump around”.

What the work includes

Mobile measurement. We measure in PageSpeed Insights and in the Core Web Vitals report in Search Console
Images. We compress, size and lazy-load them
Caching and compression. We configure caching and compression on the host
Scripts and styles. We remove what is unused and defer what is not essential
Fonts and external services. We connect them so they do not delay the page
Measurement after the fixes. We compare the numbers before and after the work

How we work

Measure

We test the home page and key pages on mobile.

Find the causes

We find heavy images, scripts and styles.

Rank by importance

We list the fixes by expected gain.

Fix

We make the changes without breaking how the site looks or works.

Measure again

We compare with the first measurement.

Hand over

We give you a report and recommendations for the future.

What you get

Measurements before and after the work

Fixed images, caching, scripts and fonts

A list of what remains on the hosting or third-party side

Recommendations on how not to lose speed during updates

What you need to start

Your site address and access to it and to the hosting
A list of key pages
Consent to a backup before the changes

We work remotely with companies in Poland and the EU, and in Białystok and the Podlaskie region we can also meet in person.

The honest limits

Google's measurements are lab tests and vary from run to run: we look at the trend, not a single number.
Speed is one factor among many. We do not promise a place in results.
Some delays come from hosting and third-party services: we will show what can be fixed on the site and what cannot.
Changes to the site itself, such as copy, speed or structure, are separate work at our price list rates.

Frequently asked questions

What are Core Web Vitals?
Three Google metrics: how quickly the main content appears (LCP), how quickly the site responds to actions (INP) and how stable the layout is, meaning it does not jump around (CLS).
Why is it fast on my computer and slow on a phone?
Tests run on a typical mid-range phone with a mobile connection: it is weaker than your computer, so heavy images and scripts are more noticeable on it.
Can I check speed regularly?
Yes. There is a service for that: website speed checks with an AI assistant.
How much does it cost?
From €30. We give the exact price before work starts, after a short conversation about your site. Prices for other Google services are in the price list.
Will it work if you did not build my site?
Yes. We work with sites on any platform, including ones built by others. We start by checking what is already connected.
