Setting Up and Integrating Google Services for Your Website

Why people come to us

Website emails land in spam

Enquiries, confirmations and replies to customers do not arrive or end up in junk.

Email on a free address

An address on a free service looks unprofessional and is not tied to your domain.

You are unsure how to connect the domain

DNS records are unfamiliar, and you fear breaking the site or the email.

The honest limits

You pay for the Google Workspace subscription directly to Google: the cost depends on the plan and the number of users.
Correct DNS records raise the chance of delivery, but landing in spam in a particular case cannot be ruled out entirely.
Moving old messages from another mailbox is discussed separately before work starts.
Changes to the site itself, such as copy, speed or structure, are separate work at our price list rates.

Frequently asked questions

Does my website need to move?

No. Email and website work independently: we change only the records related to email.
Can I keep my current address?

Yes, addresses can stay the same as they were. If email already runs on another service, we plan the switch in advance so no messages are lost.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

DNS records that mail services use to check that a message was really sent from your domain. Without them, messages more often land in spam.
How much does it cost?

From €30. We give the exact price before work starts, after a short conversation about your site. Prices for other Google services are in the price list.
Will it work if you did not build my site?

Yes. We work with sites on any platform, including ones built by others. We start by checking what is already connected.
